There is “one thing” that makes clients flock to you. It’s just not what you think.

An undeniable truth about business.

Take a guess.

What's the most common mindset issue I see among entrepreneurs?

  • Is it work ethic?
  • Ignoring quality?
  • In a market with no opportunity?

Nope.

Most work hard, care about quality, and exist in markets with $ billions in opportunity.

It's something else. Something few people talk about:

They fail to recognize that a successful business requires a combination of factors that must ALL work sufficiently in order to make their business thrive.

It's like having a combination lock where you need to get all 5 numbers correct. If you're missing even just ONE of the numbers, the combination is off and you're going to struggle and—90% of the time—fail completely.

This is the problem with the specialists on social media who want founders to believe that their specific service is the one thing that matters most in business.

"Product is most important!"
"Marketing is most important!"
"Sales is most important!"

They have one of the numbers to the correct combination, but lack the rest to open the lock.

How do you figure out all of the numbers?

By understanding what matters most in business:

Humans.

Specifically, the humans we call "clients" who value what you do and pay you well to do it.

If you can't:

  • Identify them
  • Find them
  • Resonate with them
  • Connect with them
  • Solve their problems
  • Keep them happy
  • Outcompete others who promise them all the above...

...you will never be able to open the lock, and your life as a founder is going to suck.

And here's the thing about getting any of these variables wrong:

They destroy your chance to leverage the actual "one thing" that humans use in order to decide who they want to hire.

This "one thing" is called Positioning.

Owning the ideal positioning in a client's mind means you are at the top of their list when they're ready to buy.

If you occupy that space, you win every time.

If you don't occupy that space, you lose every time.

It's that important.

Imagine how much easier your life will be when the right people just flock to you with their budgets in hand, ready to work!

This is what it feels like when you figure out the right combination that gives you the perfect Positioning in your Ideal Clients' minds.

If that's what you want for your business, I have something for you.

For the last year, I've been building a program that will show you exactly how to become the "only" choice for your Ideal Clients.

It's based off of what I've done for my own thriving business on my way to nearly $4M, and it's what I've taught my clients to do for the last 20 years.

It's called Perfect Positioning.

I want my closest tribe to know about this program first, because I'm not just opening it up to random people on social media.

Here's what you need to know:

  • I'm capping this at 15 people. Several slots are already taken.
  • The program is designed by me and my team of rock stars (you'll see once you go to the link above).
  • I'm offering incredible bonuses to Founding Members.
  • In just 12 weeks, you'll have everything you need to connect with your Ideal Clients, plus a powerful Business Dashboard tool that can guide your business for years to come.
  • You'll learn what businesses have paid me as much as six-figures to implement for them.

Establishing the Perfect Positioning is your key to unlocking the lifestyle you always imagined your business would give you.

Don't miss your opportunity to be among the select Founding Members who will transform their business by the end of the summer.

What do Nike, Apple, and Coca-Cola have in common?Yeah, they're all household name brands who create the hottest advertising and dominate their markets. But that's not the common trait I'm covering today. What they all have in common is that they sell one thing: Products. Well, technically, they use their products to sell ideas, but that's a topic for a different email. For now, I want you to think about the tangible goods that they sell: Shoes Electronics Carbonated diabetes juice...

A lesson in how to use your Competition against themselves. I have to catch a flight soon to go direct a video shoot, so let's get to it. There are 3 massive mistakes most people make when it comes to their Competition: Denying they exist Ignoring them Copying them Even if you're not making any of these, I bet you're not using your Competition as you should. More on that after I break down the three mistakes. Denying they exist Any time I hear "I don't really have any competition," all I hear...

Did you win the lottery when you were born? I feel that way sometimes. Certainly not in the financial sense, but in the tribal sense. You see: Your influences shape your reality. Positive. Negative. It doesn't matter. The concept that you "you are the average of the five people you hang out with most" is true. In life. In business. In everything. I was thinking about this while driving back from Colorado with my family yesterday. We were discussing Father's Day, and I was still reflecting on...
